Arrests 

Luis Gonzalez-Perez, 34, of Beach Street (Revere), was arrested at 10:13 p.m. Tuesday for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, six counts of fentanyl trafficking, failing to stop for police, two counts of cocaine trafficking, two counts of heroin/morphine/opium/fentanyl trafficking and a marked lanes violation. 

Reny Ortiz, 28, of Barrett Street, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Tuesday for heroin/morphine/opium/fentanyl trafficking, two counts of drug possession to distribute, defacing a firearm, unlawful improper storage fire, a firearm with a large capacity weapon/feeding device, and two counts of miscellaneous other offenses. 

William Peralta, 42, of Margin Street (Salem), was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday for a liquor OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Arrest

Saul Antonio Hernandez, 41, of Central Avenue (Chelsea), was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Tuesday for charges of a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Kenneth R. Ramunno, 56, of Newbury Street, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of assault and battery on a family/household member.

Raymond Terrence Linatopi, 28, of Walker Road, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Jenelle Nicole Mansfield, 32, of Downing Road, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Paulo C. Pereira, 43, of Tracey Street, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday on Wallis Street and Walnut Street for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal identification, and unregistered motor vehicle.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday at the Field House on Humphrey Street. A vehicle had side swept another vehicle outside of the field house and left the scene. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and notified the owner, who stated they were not aware that their mirror had struck the parked vehicle. Report due; a report at 8:20 p.m. on Essex Street. A vehicle was charged with an OUI, negligent operator, and open container charges after causing a three car accident. Report due.
