Russell King, 55, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute drugs. 

John Lawrence, 44, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute drugs and trafficking Class A drugs 35+ grams.

Caller reported that she thought they were smoking something and would like to know what they are up to. An officer reported that the individuals lived in the area and were just hanging out.
