Arrests 

James Belmer, of Washington Street was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday for warrant charges of class B drug distribution and disorderly conduct. 

Paul Bey, 43, of Parkland Avenue was arrested at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday for warrant charges of trafficking 200 grams of cocaine. 

Jose Juarez Chavez, 25, of Beacon Hill Avenue was arrested at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday for charges of trespassing and warrant charges of destruction of property, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault with a dangerous weapon, shoplifting by asportation, miscellaneous municipal ordinance, and false identification information. 

Lillian Riggs, of Baldwinville Road (Winchendo), was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday for warrant charges of class B drug possession, trespassing, and class A drug possession.

Michael Alexander Waselchuck, 38, of Dolloff Avenue (Beverly), was arrested at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday for charges of operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, fugitive from justice on court warrant, Class A drug possession, and two counts of Class E drug possession.
