SAUGUS — A foster dog named Mama Maisie was abducted during a hike in Saugus at approximately 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The dog walker described the suspect who took the dog as male, approximately 5’8″, Hispanic, with shoulder-length curly brown hair, and wearing dark clothing.
The suspect and dog were last seen at 25 Broadway in Saugus, right by the border of Lynnfield.
NYC Second Chance Rescue, which is the rescue where Mama Maisie came from, stated that she requires medicine three times a day and is offering a reward of $5,000 for her safe return.
The rescue asks that you do not approach if you see the man and dog.
