No. 44 Lynn Tech 2
In Div. 4 action, Tech struggled to slow down Carver, which advanced to the Round of 32 against No. 12 Nipmuc Regional.
“I couldn’t have been more proud of how hard they played today and all season,” said Tech coach Eddie Lewis. “They showed nothing but class and great sportsmanship all season. They represented their families and the school the right way.”

“It just wasn’t our day, but it was a pleasant surprise to get in (the tournament) and I couldn’t be prouder,” said Saugus coach Steve Almquist. “It wasn’t because of a lack of effort.”
