Featuring Desk, published by 24World Media, provides a full digital news publishing service for readers, partners and advertisers who need reliable, clearly written coverage across World, Politics, Business, Technology, Sports, Entertainment, Health, Science and Video. This page describes what we publish, how we work with organisations that need editorial support, and how to engage each service. All services are delivered to the standards set out in our Code of Ethics, Corrections policy and Terms of Service.
Editorial publishing is our core service. Our four desks produce original daily reporting, explainers, features and video-led stories, each checked against at least two reputable sources and written in original language. Readers receive free access to published stories on featuringdesk.com, including category fronts, author archives and search, with no paywall on standard news coverage. Organisations that cite our reporting are asked to attribute Featuring Desk and link to the original story so that readers can verify context.
For media partners, Featuring Desk offers licensed syndication of selected stories, subject to written agreement. Syndication includes the article text, byline and corrections history; images are licensed separately according to their individual Wikimedia Commons or other licence terms, which are recorded in each attachment record and must be honoured by the licensee. We do not offer bulk scraping, automated republication or white-label copying of our archive. To discuss syndication, use the Contact page with details of the stories, audience and intended use.
For businesses and institutions, our Business & Technology Desk produces clearly labelled explanatory coverage of markets, companies and technology. We accept briefings, data and interview offers from companies, agencies and research groups, but coverage decisions remain editorial and independent: accepting a briefing does not guarantee publication, angle or timing. Company-reported figures are always labelled as such, and material interests must be disclosed by contributors in line with our ethics code.
Advertising services are described in full on the Advertise page. In brief, we offer display placements in the header, sidebar and in-article positions defined by our theme, with strict separation between advertising and editorial. Advertising never influences story selection, headlines or corrections. Sponsored material, where accepted, is labelled as sponsored and produced to the same decency and accuracy standards as editorial content.
Finally, Featuring Desk provides a corrections and rights service to readers and rights holders. If you believe a story contains a factual error, an image is misattributed or your rights are affected, contact us through the Contact page with the story address and supporting detail. We acknowledge substantive requests promptly, investigate against primary sources and publish corrections transparently. Service enquiries sent outside editorial matters — for example web, hosting or network questions — will be directed to the appropriate 24World Media team.
Featuring Desk is published by 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067. To engage any service, start with the Contact page and select the relevant subject so that your message reaches the correct desk without delay.
Standards that apply to every service
Every service described on this page is delivered under the same non-negotiable conditions. Accuracy is checked against primary material and reputable second sources; company and campaign claims are labelled; images are licensed, locally hosted and visually checked for decency before use; and corrections, once verified, are published transparently rather than quietly substituted. Partners who ask us to lower any of those standards — to publish unchecked claims, to use unlicensed or indecent images, to hide sponsorship or to suppress a warranted correction — will be declined, however attractive the commercial terms. That consistency is what makes a Featuring Desk credit worth having.
Response times depend on verification, not on willingness. A straightforward syndication or advertising enquiry with complete details can usually be answered within a small number of working days, while a correction that requires retrieving filings or re-interviewing sources will take as long as the evidence requires. We would rather answer late and correctly than quickly and wrongly, and we will tell you plainly if a request needs more information before work can begin.
