Abel Abner Santiago-Negron, 34, of Salem Street (Salem), was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Sunday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession/receiving a motor vehicle with a defaced VIN, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, passing violation, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, failure to stop/yield, obstruction of justice, disguise to obstruct justice, and three counts of other department warrants.
