Arrests 

Reynaldo I Perez Mercedes, 31, of Chestnut Street, Lynn, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Monday on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield. 

Brayan Daniel Arboleda Garcia, 33, of Stone Lane, Malden, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Monday on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and speeding. 

Christian Ganan Alvarez, 26, of Winthrop Avenue, Revere, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Monday on charges of drug and narcotic violations.

Luis E. Ortiz, 56, of Silsbee Street, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Monday for a charge of another department’s warrant.
