Angel Cepeda, 55, of Western Avenue, was arrested at 10:52 a.m. Wednesday on charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and interfering with a police officer. 

Marquis Rios, 29, of Boynton Street, Swampscott, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Edgar Morratalla Marroquin, 44, of Crescent Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Gerson Pimentel, 43, of Williams Avenue, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday on charges of paying for sexual conduct and possession of drugs. 

Rafael Mendoza Castillo, 32, of Summer Street, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday on charges of paying for sexual conduct and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Mohammed Amin Zadah, 49, of Johnson Street, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. Wednesday on charges of paying for sexual conduct. 

Jack Pacheco Mota, 32, of Truman Parkway, Hyde Park, at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct.

Johnathan Villa Garcia, 24, of Bridge Street, Salem, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Juan Beleno Alvarez, 29, of Olive Street, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Christopher Aduvagah, 41, of Kingswood Lane, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Rashawn Sams, 32, of Shore Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of paying for sexual conduct. 

Disturbances

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:38 0.m. Wednesday on Essex Street. Multiple callers reported an accident involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. The female operator was lying on the ground, alert/conscious. A broken leg was reported. Removed to hospital.
