Jimmy Carrasquillo, 60, of Summer Street, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday for charges of threatening to commit a crime, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery, and assault and battery in the presence of a police officer.

Water Incident 

A report of a water incident at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday at Joes Beach. Caller stated his sailboat got tangled in a lobster trap and is now drifting off shore the beach. Officers were dispatched to the location and identified that the boat was no longer drifting away. The harbormaster and the fire department were also contacted and reported that the vessel is back on its mooring and transporting two parties off of the boat to the dock.
