PEABODY — On Thursday, Dan Koh received yet another endorsement for the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District primary, this time from Ward 5 Councilor Dave Gamache.
Gamache joins School Committee member Joe Amico, Ward 1 Councilor Craig Welton, Ward 4 Councilor Julie Daigle, Councilor-at-Large Jon Turco, and former Councilor-at-Large Tom Gould in this endeavor.
“Dan’s earnest dedication to public service will make him an excellent Congressman,” Gamache said. “He will put the interests of the 6th District first and fight to bring an end to corruption in Washington. I am incredibly proud to endorse his campaign for Congress.”
Koh responded with gratitude for the endorsement, noting Gamache’s long record of service and his steady presence in Peabody’s civic life.
“I am so honored to have the endorsement of Councilor Gamache,” Koh said. “He has devoted so much of his career to showing up for his community, putting in the effort to ensure that the city budget is balanced and roads are paved. Councilor Gamache’s accessibility to his constituents and willingness to listen to all perspectives are traits I hope to emulate as a potential Congressman. I am so grateful to have his support as we challenge corruption in our federal government and make the 6th District more affordable for all.”
