Northshore Mall announces four new additions

PEABODY — Northshore Mall continues to grow its mix of offerings with a series of new additions arriving this summer.

Targeting an August opening, full-service Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão will bring its signature churrascaria experience to Northshore Mall. Serving rodízio style, the restaurant is renowned for its roving servers who carve an array of expertly prepared meats tableside directly from large skewers. The Northshore Mall location will mark the brand’s third in the Boston area, joining its existing locations at Burlington Mall and in Boston, and will feature dedicated social gathering spaces throughout the bar area and dining room designed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Also joining the summer lineup is Dave’s Hot Chicken, the nationally acclaimed fast-casual chain known for its bold Nashville-style hot chicken. Famous for its juicy tenders, crispy sliders, and customizable heat levels, Dave’s has cultivated a devoted following for its fresh ingredients and wide-ranging flavors. The restaurant is projected to open in mid-August and will be located on the Promenade, next to Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar.

Also coming is Shake Shack, opening late summer. The beloved modern-day “roadside” burger stand, which has grown to more than 660 locations worldwide since its founding in 2004, will bring its elevated take on American classics, including signature burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, and shakes, to the Promenade at Northshore Mall, next to Immersive Gamebox.

Lastly, sports fans will also have something to cheer about, as the center welcomes Lids Locker Room, an expanded one-stop shop for sports memorabilia and fan merchandise. The reimagined store will offer an extensive assortment of team gear, including bobbleheads, koozies, house flags, jewelry, and more, giving guests a destination to show off their team spirit. The store is projected to be completed by mid-August, located on the main level, next to GNC.

“We are thrilled to welcome these new offerings to our dynamic lineup at Northshore Mall,” said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, director of marketing at Northshore Mall. “We’re bringing in a mix of brands that spans elevated dining, fast-casual favorites, and fan-focused retail, giving guests more reasons than ever to visit, stay longer, and truly enjoy everything the center has to offer. We are looking forward to bringing these exciting brands to the North Shore community.”

Looking ahead to 2027, Northshore Mall is also gearing up for the highly anticipated fall opening of DICK’s House of Sport, along with the debut of the new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody next spring.
