Lynn Ward 7 City Councilor Jordan Avery announced his endorsement of Dan Koh in the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District primary, the fifth Lynn City Councilor to endorse the campaign.
“As a Lynn City Councilor, small business owner, and lifelong member of this community, I know how important it is to have leaders who are accessible, listen to the people they serve, and deliver real results. Dan Koh has demonstrated a commitment to working with local communities, supporting working families, and understanding the challenges our cities and towns face every day. I believe he has the experience, vision, and work ethic to be an effective advocate for the people of Massachusetts’ Sixth Congressional District. I’m proud to endorse Dan Koh for Congress,” Avery said
Koh expressed his gratitude for the endorsement, highlighting Councilor Avery’s deep roots in Lynn and his years advocating for the community he was raised in.
“I’m honored to be endorsed by Councilor Avery,” said Koh. “Whether as a small business owner or as Chairman of the Lynn Human Rights Commission, Jordan knows the real-world impact that Trump’s reckless policies are having on families in the Sixth District. From skyrocketing costs to outright attacks on our fundamental rights — we need leaders willing to fight to defend the American Dream for the next generation. I’m proud to have Councilor Avery on our side in that fight.”
Koh’s campaign has gained critical momentum thanks to over 100 endorsements from local and national elected officials and community leaders, union locals, former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Secretary Pete Buttigieg, while raising a record-breaking $4.5M+ since launch, a record for a Massachusetts House candidate.
