The Lynn Democratic City Committee’s Fourth Annual Ice Cream Social will be held on Sunday, July 12, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Lynn Museum and Arts Center, 590 Washington St., Lynn.
Confirmed speakers include Mayor Jared Nicholson, Lt. Gov Kim Driscoll, Secretary of State Bill Galvin, Essex County Sheriff Kevin Coppinger, District Attorney Paul Tucker, Register of Deeds Eileen Duff, Register of Probate Pamela Casey O’Brien, Governor’s Councilor Terry Kennedy, State Sen. Brendan Crighton, State Rep. Dan Cahill, Sean Reid, and State Rep. Jenny Armini. All six of the 6th Congressional District candidates will also be in attendance, as well as Councilor Pete Meaney and Zosia VanMeter, candidates for state representative in the 9th Essex. Other candidates and local officials are also planning to attend.
Join the LDCC for a Sunday of sundaes, speeches, & socializing! The fun and family-friendly Ice Cream Social is a wonderful opportunity to get to know elected officials from all levels of government, as well as local candidates for office, while also spending time with friends and meeting other Democrats.
Donation for the Ice Cream Social is $15.00 per person or $25.00 per family. Limited tickets are available at the door.
