LYNN — Wednesday, Jim Carrigan announced his endorsement of Dan Koh in the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District primary.
“I am proud to endorse Dan Koh for Congress,” Carrigan said. “With Dan’s substantial legislative experience at every level of government, he will be ready to hit the ground running on day one. He is brilliant and easily relates to people. I know he will be a great problem solver for every city and town in this district and will be present for his constituents. Dan will also be a fierce opponent to the Trump administration.”
Koh expressed his gratitude for the endorsement, underscoring his admiration of Carrigan’s focus on the issues that matter most to the 6th District.
“I am so grateful to have the support of Sen. Carrigan,” Koh said. “Joining Jim on his Lynn Community Television show ‘The American Dream’ showed me firsthand his dedication to the issues that matter most to the people of the 6th. He has spent his life fighting for social and economic justice as a civil rights attorney, former state legislator, and lifelong community champion, and his dedication to Lynn and to working families is a true inspiration. I am proud to have such a passionate community member like him by my side in this campaign as we strive for a stronger 6th.”
