Arrests 

Latonya Barr, 33, of Liberty Square, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. Tuesday for drug possession and three counts of drug possession to distribute. 

Michael Dolak, 47, of Chestnut Street, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. Tuesday for willful, malicious, wanton damage, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. 

Nicollo Guerrero, 35, of Graves Avenue, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday for two counts of drug possession and one count of drug possession to distribute.
