SWAMPSCOTT — Vinnin Square’s Vavel Apartment Complex was named CoStar Impact Awards’ Multifamily Development of the Year in Boston.
The CoStar Impact Awards recognize commercial real estate transactions and projects completed in 2024 with significant influence of leadership and innovation in communities throughout 128 major markets in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
The 20-unit, all-electric, luxury complex on Loring Avenue was one of four Boston-area sites awarded the honor by a panel of local real estate professionals. Nova Construction and Remodeling, Inc. along with Pitman and Wardley Associates LLC designed and built the structure.
“We featured a design to create a sleek and sophisticated environment rarely seen in the finest North Shore rental residences,” Nova Project Manager Tomasz Wabno said. “Rain-screen facades from Turkey, windows from Poland, interior doors from Italy, and chrome balusters from China are just a few of the components we sourced from around the world to create the unique aesthetic we were seeking.”
