Arrests

Alexis Moncada Garay, 39, of Breed Street, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. Saturday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, breaking and entering at night time, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Peter Milan, 29, of Munroe Street, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. Saturday for charges of possession to distribute drugs, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jermaine Davis, 49, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. Saturday for two warrants charges. 

Reese Hayes, 19, of Rockmere Gardens, was arrested at 10:41 a.m. Saturday for charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Richard Winchell, 26, of Peabody, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. for three warrant charges.

Matthew Rivas, 27, of Green Street, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Saturday for charges of armed assault in a dwelling, two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card, and two charges of threat to commit a crime. 

Justin Molker, 41, of Whiting Street, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. Saturday for a charge of violating a city knife ordinance.

Taylore Spring, 28, of Whiting Street, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. Saturday for a charge of carrying a firearm without a license.

Mikayla Corrigan, 35, of Chatham Street, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday for charges of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card, armed assault in a dwelling, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Wilmer Mendez, 27, of Neptune Street, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Saturday for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.

Kendall Bridges, 35, of Jackson Street, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Saturday for a charge intimidating a witness, juror, police officer, or court official.

A report of a disturbance at 5:39 p.m. Saturday in the vicinity of Pond Street.

PEABODY

Arrests

Dominique Marion, 37, of Hamden, Connecticut, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Saturday at the H&M at the North Shore Mall for charges of shoplifting by asportation, two charges of receiving stolen property less than $1,200, possession of a burglarious instrument, and fugitive from justice court warrant, after a report of shoplifting. 

Elizabeth Riddick, 37, of New Britain, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Saturday at the H&M at the North Shore Mall for two charges of shoplifting by asportation and possession of a burglarious instrument and after a report of shoplifting. 

Amber Bouvier, 37, of Truman Road, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:45 p.m. Saturday on Newbury Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Yesenia Martinez, 55, of Andover, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change, after a motor vehicle stop at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Lowell Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 12:27 a.m. Saturday on Lisa Road.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 8:32 a.m. Saturday on Lowell Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:32 p.m. Saturday in the vicinity of Washington Street and Oak Street; at 5:21 p.m. on Fulton Street; at 5:33 p.m. on Newbury Street; at 5:51 p.m. on Clement Avenue; at 8:26 p.m. in the vicinity of Walnut Street and Caller Street
