LYNN 

Linval Chambers, 36,  of Willow Street was arrested on charges of assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct.

Erlin Rodriguez, 22, of Boston Street, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor. 

Jonathan Bik, 44, of Whitting Street was arrested on charges of possessing a Class A drug, shoplifting by concealing MDSE, possessing a Class B Drug, possessing a Class E drug, and a ordinance violation of possessing a knife with a blade.

A report of a  motor vehicle accident with a personal injury at 3 Western Ave at 1:15 p.m. Sunday.
A report of a  motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Washington Street and Western Avenue at 1:27 a.m. Sunday; at 156 Boston Street at 1:31 a.m. Sunday.; at the intersection of Boston Street and Franklin Street at 3:10 p.m.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 1:41 p.m. Sunday on Ralph Road; at 7:22 p.m. on Pilgrim Road. Reports taken.

PEABODY

Arrests

Nichole Michaela Moura, 31, of Berlin, was arrested for a fugitive from justice court warrant and another department warrant after being served a warrant at 2:11 p.m. Sunday on Dana Road.

Kristine Alexandra Duarte, 36, of Hyde Park, was arrested on four charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, seven other department warrants, receiving stolen property more than $1,200, and a fugitive from justice court warrant, after loss prevention at Macy’s on Andover Street reported that they had one female party detained for shoplifting at 6:35 p.m. Sunday.

Nicole Leilani Harvey, 48, of Dover, New Hampshire, was arrested for a charge of operating under the include of liquor at 10:29 p.m. Sunday on Lowell Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Mark Edward Hobard Jr., 41, of Endicott Street, for charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, after a motor stop at 1:02 a.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Willis Street and Walnut Street.

A summons was issued to Emerson Dossantos, 51, of Jeffrey Street, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a motor vehicle stop for an illegally parked motor vehicle on Washington Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance was made at 3:53 a.m. Sunday on Keys Drive. A report was taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:47 a.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Washington Street and Main Street; at 2:38 p.m. on Walnut Street and Caller Street

SAUGUS

Disturbance

A caller reported that two males in ski masks ran inside the Taco Bell at 421 Broadway, and left in a black Dodge on Saturday at 6:22 p.m. The vehicle then went through the drive-thru. Dispatched officers report nothing suspicious.

Motor Vehicles

A caller reported a motor vehicle struck a lamp post on Bisbee Road and fled the scene on Saturday at 12:01 a.m. DPW notified.

A caller reported finding a purse and its contents on the ground outside of a vehicle on Guild Road on Saturday at 7:43 a.m.

A caller reported that his car was broken into on Ireson Road on Saturday at 8:24 a.m.

A man walked in to report his car had been stolen out of his driveway on Saturday at approximately 7:53 p.m. A BOLO was put out for the vehicle.

A caller reported his car was broken into on Saturday at 10 a.m. on First Street.

A caller reported a bicyclist struck by a motor vehicle at 8:07 p.m. on Sunday on Adams Avenue.

Multiple 911 calls were received reporting a car into a pole. Police advised National Grid as an electric pole was struck and damaged. The pole caught fire. One individual was transported to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

SWAMPSCOTT

Assault

A report of an assault at 5:10 p.m. Sunday on 16 New Ocean St. A customer was assaulted after a disagreement at a cannabis dispensary. Repot taken.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 6:33 p.m. Sunday on Fisherman’s Beach east. Services rendered; at 10:03 p.m. on the corner of Puritan and Ross Road. Caller states people are chasing a white SUV and yelling. Report taken.

Hazardous Condition

A report of a hazardous condition at 7:27 p.m. Sunday on 365 Humphrey St. Party reports people lighting balloons on fire and launching them into the air. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles

A report of multiple motor vehicles illegally parked at 2:50 p.m. Sunday on 180 Puritan Road. Services rendered.
