Laura I Martinez Lopez, 23, of Western Avenue, will be summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 5:57 p.m Tuesday on Lynn Street.

A report of a loose dog at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. Luke, the brown poodle mix, was transported to station and handed over to owner.

A report of a brush fire at 11:40 a.m Tuesday in the area of The Container Store on 210c Andover St. The Fire Department was notified.

Fraud

A report of credit card fraud at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday at Budget Pools on Newbury Street.

Larceny

A report of $30.00 stolen from party at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday at Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center on Forest Street.; A walk-in report of a stolen IPhone at 4:12 p.m. on Hotel Avenue.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crashing into a grounding rod on Sawyer Street at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday; a report of a hit and run on Connolly Terrace at 10:36 a.m Tuesday. One motor vehicle parked.; A report of a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot with one person refusing to exchange information at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. Parties exchanged information before officers arrived.; A report of a blue Jeep parked in the road for over an hour at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday on Newbury Street. A report of a person pretending to be a national grid employee on Lynnfield Street at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday. Officer could not locate person.

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 12:27 a.m. Tuesday at a construction site on 860 Broadway. Alarm company reports live footage of two individuals handling construction materials and a pick up truck on site. Investigated.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 11:11 a.m. Tuesday at Best Buy on 1201 Broadway. Caller states a male is attempting to shoplift merchandise. Peace restored; A report at 2:39 p.m. on Thistle Road. Caller reports a dispute with his neighbor over parking. Services rendered; A report at 6:35 p.m. at K Pub on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reports an unwanted party in the restaurant causing a disturbance. Peace restored. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday on Route 1 north bound prior to the high school. Caller reports a two-car motor vehicle accident. Medical assistance refused; A report at 7:44 a.m. on Main Street. Officer reports a minor motor vehicle accident while responding to a call. Report taken; A report at 12:34 p.m. at Ocean State Job Lot on 1020 Broadway. Caller reports an accident with no injuries. Services rendered; A report at 6:52 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express on 999 Broadway. Officer reports an accident just past the Holiday Inn Express. Removed to hospital.

Shoplifting 

A report of shoplifting at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday at CVS Pharmacy on 1075 Broadway. CVS manager reports a prior shoplifting with total loss estimating $250-$500.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday at Avalon Bay Communities on 857 Broadway. Caller reports an ex-employee is using his information to purchase tools at FW Webb. Services rendered. 

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday on Essex Street. Officer reports he will be investigating an abandoned home that he was informed that people were throwing rocks at. Investigated.
