Arrests

Wilmer Yoc Mendez, 23, of Sagamore Street, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol in an open container, leaving the scene of property damage, trespassing, and assault and battery on a police officer, at 12 a.m. Tuesday.

Heidi Meyer, 34, was arrested for a straight warrant at 8:59 a.m. Tuesday. Meyer was issued warrants for a state highway traffic violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of drugs.

Charles Kaplan, 30, was arrested for charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of a Class A drug at 11:28 a.m. Tuesday.

Jermaine Davis, 49, of Henry Avenue, was arrested for two straight warrants at 4:28 p.m. 

Tuesday. Davis was issued warrants for use of a motor vehicle without authority, possession of a Class B drug, and breaking and entering vehicle/boat for a daytime felony on Tuesday. 

Christhian Guerrero-Chala, 30, of Dorchester, was arrested for a charge of distribution of a Class B drug at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday. 

Stacey Ford, 56, of Revere, was arrested for a charge of possession of a Class B drug at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Ariana Wendell, 33, of Mace Place, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and distribution of a Class B drug at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday. 

Steven Lugo Capellan, 18, of Summerset Court, was arrested for charges of carrying a firearm without a license, possession to distribute drugs, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an unlicensed motor vehicle, drug violation near school/park, firearm in use felony, possession of ammo, open container violation, and possession of liquor under 21, at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday. 

Geral Fernandez, 19, of Ashland Street, was arrested for charges of drug violation near school/park, possession to distribute drugs, and an open container violation at 11:16 p.m. Tuesday.

Assault

A report of assault at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday on Brookhouse Drive.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:27 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Watson and Elm Streets. Report taken.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Maple Street. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:27 a.m. on Watson Street and Elm Street. Report taken.

 

SAUGUS
Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 10:46 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street. Caller reports he has an issue with his neighbor’s son. The son’s belongings are on his driveway. Peace restored.

A report at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday. Caller reports someone keeps banging on her door. Services rendered. 

A report at 9:58 p.m. Tuesday on Newhall Avenue. Caller reports a male in apartment 106 is knocking on her door. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:59 with property damage only at Saugus Iron Works Museum. Caller reports a motorcycle accident. Operator of the motorcycle was not injured. Removed to hospital.

A report at 6:18 p.m. with non-fatal injuries Tuesday at Bob’s Discount Furniture on 263 Broadway. Report taken.
