Hector Batista, 34,  of Caldwell Crescent, was arrested on charges of possessing to distribute a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and possessing to distribute drugs Wednesday. 

Gino Castiello, 44, of Chelsea Street, Boston, was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen  motor vehicle, and possessing a Class B Drug Wednesday.

Michelle Doucette, 33, of Downing Road, Peabody, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and conspiracy to violate drug law Wednesday. 

Angel Lopez, 20, of Essex Street, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice on court, possessing to distribute drugs, and conspiracy to violate drug law Wednesday. 

Jennifer Ohara, 26, of Brookfield Lane, Saugus, was arrested for receiving a stolen motor vehicle Wednesday.

Moises Martins, 23, of St. Anns Avenue, was arrested on another department warrant after being served the warrant at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday.

Summons

A summons was issued to Robert Melanson, 58, of Dooling Circle, for charges of a person in fear of breaking and entering during the daytime and threat to commit a crime, after a report of an unwanted guest at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday on Aberdeen Avenue.

A caller reported on Wednesday at 9:35 p.m. on Willis Street that a package had been stolen off of their porch.

A caller at York Ford at 1:33 p.m. on Wednesday reported several cars were broken into, one of which had its interior taken.

A caller reported that her car was struck while parking at Crumbl Cookies at 358 Broadway on Wednesday at 3:20 p.m.

A caller reported a two car motor vehicle accident on Main Street with no injuries.
