Georgina Carolina Olivares, 21, of Ellsworth Road, was arrested for a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:41 a.m. Monday in the vicinity of Hunt Street and Ellsworth Road.
Joao Paulo Luiz Passos, 23, of Foster Street, was arrested for another department warrant after a caller reported towing a motor vehicle from owned property at 10:11 a.m. Monday on Foster Street.
Summons
A summons was issued to Paul Eward Worthen, 26, of Main Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:18 a.m. on Lowell Street.
A summons was issued to William Albany Doucette, 63, of Lynnfield Street, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor accident at 4:49 p.m. on Washington Street.

Disturbance
A caller reported on Monday at 6:41 a.m. of an electric motorcycle driving erratically on the Rail Trail. An officer was dispatched, and a search of the area was negative.
Larceny
A man reported at 12:19 p.m. at Saugus Rehabilitation and Nursing at 266 Lincoln Ave. that he had been extorted out of $900. Officer dispatched, report taken.
Motor Vehicles
A caller reported on Monday at 8:07 a.m. of a two-car motor vehicle accident in the area of 1680 Broadway, and the operators of the vehicles were arguing. Report taken.
Shoplifting
Loss prevention at Macy’s at 1201 Broadway called to report on Monday at 3:15 p.m. that they were detaining a male shoplifter. Dispatched officer. Report to follow.
