Joao Paulo Luiz Passos, 23, of Foster Street, was arrested for another department warrant after a caller reported towing a motor vehicle from owned property at 10:11 a.m. Monday on Foster Street.
Summons
A summons was issued to Paul Eward Worthen, 26, of Main Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:18 a.m. on Lowell Street.
A summons was issued to William Albany Doucette, 63, of Lynnfield Street, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor accident at 4:49 p.m. on Washington Street.

Disturbance
A caller reported on Monday at 6:41 a.m. of an electric motorcycle driving erratically on the Rail Trail. An officer was dispatched, and a search of the area was negative.
Larceny
A man reported at 12:19 p.m. at Saugus Rehabilitation and Nursing at 266 Lincoln Ave. that he had been extorted out of $900. Officer dispatched, report taken.
Motor Vehicles
