Arrests

Andre Carrasquillo, 40, of Fisher Lane, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of willful wanton malicious damage.

Taryn Conley, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday on warrant charges of distributing a Class B drug and reckless endangerment to a child and arrest charges of possession of Class A, B, C, and E drugs and carrying a firearm without a license.

Wilbert Cooper, of Lawton Avenue, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. Thursday and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a Class B drug.

Bulmaro Huerta Contreras, 37, of Elm Street, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. Thursday and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Samantha Thomas, 42, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Thursday and charged with trespassing.

A walk-in party reported a past incident of identity fraud at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported that their motor vehicle was stolen at approximately 3:30 a.m. Sunday on N Broadway.

A summons was issued to Robert Hall, of Salem, for charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle stop at 8:37 p.m. Wednesday on Lynnfield Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday on Elm Street; at 2:23 on Andover Street.

A report of a disturbance at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday on Lowell Street. A male party reported that he was punched in the face. The reporting party was transported to Salem Hospital.

Harassment

A report of harassment was made at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday on Scenic Road. A caller reported that a female party is harassing her after being blocked on all social media platforms. The caller was advised of her harassment order rights and an officer documented the incident.

Larceny

A caller made a report at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday from Videtta Street that her package was stolen. An officer documented the incident.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Railroad Avenue and Sawyer Street. No injuries were reported. An officer documented the incident.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday on Andover Street; at 4:26 p.m. on Dearborn Road; at 6:50 p.m. on County Street; at 11:55 p.m. on Pinebrook Drive.
