Qiwei Yang, 32, of San Jose, Calif., was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday on Crane Brook Way.
Summons
A summons was issued to James McCullough at 12:46 a.m. Tuesday for breaking and entering a building during the daytime and larceny from a building after a caller reported a past breaking and entering and had camera footage of the incident.
A summons was issued to Zacharay Phillip Thompson for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a motor vehicle stop at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday on Summit Street.
