Rosita Miranda, 45 of Willow Street, was arrested on warrant charge at 9:42 a.m. Thursday.

Rafael Fernandez Reyes, 20, of Myrtle Street, was arrested on a straight warrant at 7:22 a.m. Thursday.

David Torres Gonzalez, 34, was arrested on a charge of trespassing at 3:04 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a disturbance at 1 Munroe St. at 9:59 a.m. Thursday.

Motor Vehicle Accident 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8 Silsbee St. at 12:13 p.m. Thursday. 

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 534 Essex St. at 2:26 a.m. Thursday. 

SAUGUS

Breaking and Entering

Caller reported on Howard Street that their car was broken into and their laptop was stolen at 5:06 p.m. on Wednesday. Officer dispatched, report to follow.

Burglary

An Xfinity alarm reported an activation at a garage window on Juniper Drive at 4:48 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers performed a walkthrough of home.

Motor Vehicles

Caller reported that they were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Jackson Street at 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday and that they were injured. One party had left prior to officer arrival, and papers were exchanged.

Caller reported at 6:11 p.m. on Wednesday on Woodland Avenue that a vehicle struck a 13-year-old child. Officer and emergency services were dispatched, with the child being transported to Mass General Hospital.

Vandalism

Caller reported at 2:13 p.m. on Wednesday that vandalism had been done to the backside of 24 Lincoln Ave. Officer dispatched, report to follow.
