Geno Ciano, 27, of Oaktree Lane in Revere, was arrested on the charges of shoplifting by asportation and possession of a Class B drug at 3:50 p.m. Sunday.

Reynaldo DePaulo, 45, of Pleasant Street in Malden, was arrested on the charges of speeding, failure to wear a seatbelt, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 8:22 a.m. Monday.

Phillip Gomez, 28, of Lewis Street, was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and threat to commit crime at 9:26 p.m. Sunday.

Thomas Lucius, 56, of Atlantic Street, was arrested on the charge of trespassing at 7:33 p.m. Sunday.

Johnny Man, 32, of Curwin Circle, was arrested on the charges of a suspended license for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor at 10:43 p.m. Sunday.

Yokeiry Marte Encarnacion, 19, of Melvin Street, was arrested on the charges of possession to distribute a drug, false liquor identification card/license, trafficking Class A drug, firearm within 500 feet of dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:33 p.m. Monday.

Josue Morales, 32, of Gardnier Street, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and unregistered motor vehicle at 2:35 a.m. Sunday.

Juan Carlos Novas, 34, of Elm Street, was arrested on the charges of breaking and entering nighttime for felony, three counts of assault and battery, and resisting arrest at 4:55 a.m. Monday.

Erika Rosario, 32, of Veterans Memorial Drive, was arrested on the charges of shoplifting by asportation and possession of a Class B drug at 3:40 p.m. Sunday.

Arrests

Tyler James McGrath, 24, of Pepperell, was arrested on the charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 9:15 a.m. Sunday on Andover Street after a call of a past domestic disturbance assault.

Geraldo Garcia, 42, of Salem, was arrested on the charge of shoplifting by asportation at 1:26 p.m. Sunday on Andover Street.

Bailey Heald, 24, of Danvers, was arrested on the charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lane violation after the driver’s motorcycle hit a parked vehicle at 9:12 p.m. Sunday on Goodale Street.
