Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:46 a.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Pleasant Street and Bubier Road. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:01 p.m. Tuesday on Beach Street. Citation issued.

PEABODY

Arrests

Nicholas D. Lewis, 29, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Monday at 14 Overlook Trail on a warrant charge and for the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Henrique de Freitas, 24, of Salem, will be in custody for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, attaching plates, and for having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. 

Joao Victor Bandeira Godinho, 19, of Malden, will be taken into custody for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and cited for having no inspection sticker. 

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:34 a.m. Monday at 184 Lake St. Sabrine Cambui, 22, was summonsed for operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, the unlicensed and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. 

Summons

A report of a front desk payment issue at 9:13 a.m. Monday at the Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive. Stephane C. Mathurin, 26, of Malden will be summonsed for defrauding an innkeeper of over $100. 

Yoniel Cordero, 18, was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a license. 

Vandalism

Caller reported that the wheels and tires were stolen from their motor vehicle at 7:26 a.m. Tuesday at 1100 Salem St.
