Arrests

Holly Klopotoski, 54, of Whiting Street, was arrested on the charge of a default warrant for failure to register as a sex offender at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday.

Robert MacDonald, 62, was arrested on the charges of an ordinance violation for possession of a knife with a blade and leaving the scene with a personal injury at 7:47 p.m. Monday.

Victor Martinez Castaneda, 42, of Ocean Street, was arrested on the charges of trespassing, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday.

Patrick Pannese, of Hovey Terrace Lane, was arrested on the warrant for felony nighttime breaking and entering, break into depository, and larceny from building at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday.

Arrests

Shannon Bohn, 40, of Broadway Street in Beverly, was arrested on a Peabody police department warrant and warrants issued by another department at 1:38 p.m. Monday at Stop and Shop Supermarket, 19 Howley St.

Lawrence A. Cyr Jr., 46, of Rowell Road in Danvers, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, at 10:31 p.m. Monday at Green Works, 109 Newbury St.

Summons

Emily Marchet, 19, of Jonathan Lane in Malden, will be summonsed to court for shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 2:46 p.m. Monday at Macy’s, 210M Andover St.

Christopher Jason Conrad, 38, of Bennet Street in Beverly, will be summonsed to court for larceny under $1200 and credit card fraud under $1200.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 10:53 p.m. Monday at 65 Main St.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 8:37 a.m. Monday at 7-Eleven, 79 Lowell St.; at 1:35 p.m. Monday at 220 Lowell St.; at 2:10 p.m. Monday at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, 485 Lowell St.; at 2:39 p.m. Monday at Walgreens, 229 Andover St.; at 4:10 p.m. Monday at Sutton and Milk streets; at 5:31 p.m. Monday at Apple Hill Road.

Theft

A report of a past fraud at 12:12 p.m. Monday at Alliance Health at Rosewood, 22 Johnson St.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision with non-fatal injuries at 3:38 p.m. Monday on Essex Street between Vine and Pennybrook. One person was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision with non-fatal injuries at 6:17 a.m. Tuesday at Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. 

A caller reported a vehicle on the side of the road with heavy front-end damage at 7:50 a.m. Monday at Walnut and Elm Streets. Dispatched officers reported the vehicle’s airbags were deployed, it sustained heavy damage, and blood was visible inside but it was empty. Officers checked the immediate area and were unable to find anyone. 

Complaints

A caller reported loud music coming from a vehicle behind a building at 3:33 a.m. Monday at 19 Newhall Ave. The operator was getting home for the night, the music was turned off and the operator went into their apartment.

A caller reported the house across the street was playing loud music and karaoke outside at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday at 58 Summer St. A dispatched officer reported the party was ending and the area was clearing out. 

Disturbance

An Xfinity Contractor on scene reported a homeowner was claiming damage was done to her home at 8:51 a.m. Monday at 203 Sherwood Forest Lane. A dispatched officer reported no damage was done to the home. An involved party reported he believed his ex-girlfriend hacked into his phone. 

Suspicious

A caller reported a heavy-set man wearing all dark clothes looking into vehicles with a flashlight at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday at Adams Avenue. Dispatched officers checked the area and were unable to locate the man. 

Theft

A walk-in report of identity fraud at 12:40 p.m. Monday at 64 Holland St.
