Arrests

Andres Rodriguez, 20, of Broad Street, Lynn, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and nontransparent windows after a motor vehicle stop at 12:29 a.m. Thursday on 226 Lynn St.

Jone Dos Santos, 20, of Tremont Street, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker, and speeding after a motor vehicle stop at 11:22 p.m. Thursday in the vicinity of 175 Lowell Street.

Summons

Eduardo Carvalho will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident at 11:49 a.m. Thursday on 174 Main St. No injuries.

Mateus Da Silva Teixeira, 24, of Maple Street, Danvers, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 2:20 p.m. Thursday on 115 Main St.

Heber Perrut Goulart, 40, of Main Street, Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of failure to stop for police, speeding, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a pursuit on 10 Newbury St.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 2:45 p.m. Thursday on 85 Perkins St. Party reported an incident involving his juvenile daughter at the Higgins Middle School. Services rendered.
