Arrests

Jamal Bernard, 29, of Leston Street in Mattapan, was arrested and charged with receiving a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession with intent to distribute drugs at 2:57 a.m. on Wednesday.

Kyle Castillo, of Willow Street, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and a straight warrant at 10:36 a.m. on Wednesday. 

Ruth Delacruz, 40, of Adams Street, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, larceny under $1,200, shoplifting over $250, 2 counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class B drug, and a miscellaneous statutory violation at 10:55 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Katie Dyer-Garcia, 39, of Groveland Street, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, distribution of a Class B drug, and a straight warrant at 12:38 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Keron Franklin, 31, of George Street, was arrested and charged with animal cruelty, attempt to commit a crime, 2 counts of disorderly conduct, possession of a Class A drug, trespassing, resisting arrest, possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:48 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Amy Gould was arrested and charged with destruction of property and attempting to commit a crime at 3:36 a.m. on Wednesday.  

Oscar Yared Ramirez, 20, of Howard Street,  was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of liquor for a person under 21, alcohol from an open container, 2 counts of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, inspection sticker, and the use of a false RMV document at 12:31 p.m. on Wednesday.

Cesar Reyes, 35, of Walnut Street, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and using an electronic device while driving at 8:25 a.m. on Thursday. 

Marissa Rocha, 25, of Broad Street, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and a default warrant on Wednesday. 

Samedi Tran, 50, was arrested and charged with 4 counts of trespassing, destruction of property,  2 counts of a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, and 4 counts of a straight warrant at 1:27 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 12:02 p.m. on Wednesday at 2 Violet St.; at 2:19 p.m. on Wednesday at 7 Carlton Terrace. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:16 a.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Lynnway and Market Street; at 7:10 a.m. on Wednesday in Wyoma Square; at 11:41 a.m. on Wednesday at 22 Atlantic St.; ar 12:06 p.m. on Wednesday at 55 Howard St.

Disturbances

A report of disturbance at 2:14 a.m. on Wednesday at 12 Parker Ave.;  at 5:40 a.m. on Wednesday at 29 Shorey St.

Suspicious

A report of suspicious activity at 7:13 a.m. on Wednesday at Kelly Honda located at 540 Lynnway.

Thefts

A report of a theft at 10:32 a.m. on Wednesday at 113 Franklin St. #3.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Eutaw Avenue and Western Avenue.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Selin Karin, 29, was arrested on the charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage after a motor vehicle crash at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday on the corner of Pleasant and Lafayette Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday on the corner of Leo Road and Humphrey Street. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:57 a.m. Wednesday on the corner of Sheldon Road and Humphrey Street. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday on Green Street. Report taken.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Michael Destasio, 37, of Franklin Street, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant at 11:24 p.m. at Walmart, 770 Broadway. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 2:02 p.m. Wednesday at Gospel Hall, Walnut Street and Great Woods Road. The reporting party said a car reversed into her vehicle while she was waiting to turn from Great Woods Road to Walnut Street.

A caller reported a vehicle hit her vehicle and drove off at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday at Target, 400 Lynn Fells Parkway. 

Disturbance

A caller reported a male wearing a jean jacket and a hat refusing to leave at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday at Psyclarity Health, 163 Hamilton St. 

Hazard

An officer reported removing a large cooler from the roadway at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday on the Salem Turnpike, southbound. 

Suspicious

A caller reported an erratic operator parked in Vitale Memorial Park at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday on Ballard Street.

Unwanted

A caller reported a guest refusing to leave the lobby after checking out at 11:00 a.m. that morning at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday at Wood Spring Extended Stay, 832 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported the man left on foot and left his property behind. 

A caller working at the front desk at Wood Spring Extended Stay reported a male party refusing to leave at 3:24 a.m. Thursday at 832 Broadway. The caller reported this is an ongoing issue. Dispatched officers reported the front desk determined the party was trespassed but there was no information supporting that. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:53 a.m. Wednesday on Doherty Circle. Caller reports party knocked on window. Services rendered.

A report of suspicious activity at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday on Williams Terrace. Party reports six young adults in sweatshirts walked into the residence and unsure if they live there or not. Services rendered.
