Arrests

Eric Cantalupo, 36, of Boston Street was arrested for two counts of possession of a Class E drug, one count of possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug, and trespassing at 12:21 p.m. Monday.
Gabrielle Gainley, 44, of Willow Street was arrested for two counts of larceny under $1,200, and receiving stolen property at 9:26 p.m. Monday.

Nickolas Messier, 40, of North Common Street was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a warrant for larceny under $1,200 and shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 2:15 p.m. Monday.

Fermin Romero-Lopez, 35, of Pinkham Place was arrested for trespassing at 1:44 a.m. Tuesday

Alberto Suarez, 35, of Nahant Street was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and trespassing at 2:12 a.m. Monday.

Shanna Thomas, 41, was arrested for trespassing at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 6:21 p.m. Monday at 15 Central St. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:44 p.m. Monday at Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe, 86 Andover St. 

A report of a car into a wall at 12:22 p.m. Monday on Railroad Avenue.

Suspicious

A caller reported past incidents of a suspicious motor vehicle near his home at 2:51 p.m. Monday at 7 Buford Road. The report was deemed unfounded. 

A caller reported a white Mercedes possibly engaging in a drug deal at 8:55 p.m. Monday at 38 County St. An officer spoke to those parties and was advised to head out for the evening. They stated they live nearby the address.

A report of a motor vehicle partially in traffic at 11:33 p.m. Monday at D & R Market, 54 Foster St. 

Theft

A party wanted to speak to an officer regarding a past motor vehicle break-in at 4:23 p.m. Monday at 12 Highland St. The party was not a victim, and had video of a guy trying doors. 

SAUGUS

Arrest

Federico Angelo Brogna Jr., 27, of Neptune Boulevard, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and resisting arrest at 10:44 p.m. Monday at Walnut Street and Aspen Terrace. 

Suspicious

A report of a man who appeared to be sleeping on a bag of leaves at 10:41 a.m. Monday at Essex and Grove streets. 

A caller reported a vehicle parked up the road with its headlamps shining on their home for more than an hour at 8:53 p.m. Monday at 6 Fay Court. 

Theft

An employee at Walmart reported a male and female stole a PS5 and fled at 8:55 a.m. Monday at 770 Broadway. 

A report of credit card fraud at 1:24 p.m. Monday at 5 Douglas Road.

Unwanted

A manager at Holiday Inn Express reported two males loitering in the lobby refusing to leave at 8:03 a.m. Monday at 999 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported the parties left without incident.
