Northshore Mall announces first North Shore locations of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack

PEABODY — Northshore Mall, the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination serving Boston’s North Shore communities, is proud to welcome an exciting lineup of new retailers and restaurants this year, highlighted by the first North Shore locations of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack. These additions reflect the Center’s continued evolution, bringing new dining experiences and expanded shopping options for visitors throughout the region.

Expected to arrive in late summer, full-service Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão will bring its elevated churrasco dining experience to Northshore Mall. This restaurant will mark the brand’s third location in the Boston area, joining an existing location at Burlington Mall. The new restaurant will feature social gathering spaces throughout the bar area and dining room, designed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Another highly anticipated addition is Shake Shack, known for its signature elevated take on classic American favorites. Since opening its first location in 2004, the company has grown to more than 660 locations worldwide. Visitors will find Shake Shack on the Promenade next to Immersive Gamebox.

Now open near the Dining Pavilion is Old Navy, the global retailer known for fun, fashionable, and affordable clothing and accessories for the entire family. Guests can expect a welcoming shopping experience with an easy-to-navigate store layout and friendly service. Rounding out the recent openings is a newly relocated and renovated Foot Locker, showcasing an updated store concept that now includes Kids Foot Locker.

“Northshore Mall continues to evolve as a true community destination, offering a vibrant mix of dining, retail, and entertainment all in one convenient location,” said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, director of marketing at Northshore Mall. “From the upcoming arrival of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack to beloved brands like Old Navy, the newly updated Foot Locker, and engaging entertainment experiences, these additions reflect our commitment to creating a place where there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy throughout the year.”

Looking ahead to 2027, Northshore Mall’s continued growth includes the anticipated fall opening of DICK’s House of Sport, along with the debut of the new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody early in the year. To learn more about Northshore Mall, click here.
