Gannon memorial service set for Monday


LYNN — Gannon Municipal Golf Course will hold its annual memorial service Monday at 11 a.m.

It’s sponsored by Steve Murphy, Chris Carter, and Gannon golf professional Nathan Myers, while David J. Solimine Sr., Joel C. Solimine, and Mike W. Phelps will serve as co-chairmen.

Deacon Richard Field will conduct a prayer service; performers from the Lynn school department will sing patriotic songs; and the cadets of the Lynn English MCJROTC program will present the colors.

Honored at the service will be Bob Bisegna, John Muldon, Dick Hallighan, Anselm Lemoli, David Sibley, Gilbert Lougee, David Sward, Jim Richmond, Tim Hall Sr., William Thorpe, Wayne Hopkins, Philip DiNatale, and Skip Mageary.
