'All in White' party back at The Bayside

[ad_1]

LYNNThe North Shore Latino Business Association (NSLBA) hosted its ninth annual “All in White” party at The Bayside in Nahant on Friday.

Executive Director of NSLBA Frances Martinez said the party is an event that members look forward to all year.

“We do this to celebrate our small businesses as well as to take advantage of the summertime and take our business owners and professionals out of their, routine, and come have some fun,” she said.

During the event, business owners and professionals wear all white formal wear because it is a summer color and the organization always aims to host the party near the beach to match the white with the sands, Martinez said.

She said in recent years, they have hosted it in Salem, Revere, and Beverly.

“We always make it really fun, good food, good music, good network,” she added.

Martinez said the NSLBA has approximately 900 members who all have great responsibilities to provide for their families and contribute to the economy, which is a lot of hard work throughout the year.

She said while the NSLBA is there to provide services for its members, “We also need to have some fun one way or another, just to get the stress and the pressure out and be able to relax a little bit among the people that do the same thing,”
