A woman walked into the station reporting she located a hypodermic needle at the doggy beach and stated she did not pick it up or move it, just placed a shell over it. An officer was dispatched and located and removed the needle.

A verbal warning was given for failure to stop or yield; a report at 1 a.m. at the DCR Tot Lot on the Causeway. A criminal complaint was issued driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle; a report at 9:03 p.m. on Valley Road. A verbal warning was given for failure to stop or yield.
Water Break
Reports of a water break at 1:38 a.m. Wednesday on Central Street. The reporter stated very low water pressure. An officer was dispatched and confirmed there was no water break in the area; a report at 1:57 a.m. on Hood Street and Maolis Road. The reporter stated his house was flooded, and there was a water break on Moalis Road. Officers and firefighters were reported on scene confirming there was a water break on the corner of Hood and Moalis. The Department of Public Works was then notified and later reported on scene, where the water was then shut off.
