Arrest

Jade De Jager, 30, of Green Street, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday for charges of a straight warrant and a default warrant. De Jager was issued warrants for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, having an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, a state highway traffic violation, assault and battery, and open and gross lewdness.

Jonathan Alonzo, a 17-and-over male of Lynnfield Street (Lynn), was arrested at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation.

A report of a burglar alarm at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday at Macy’s on Broadway. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 6:38 a.m. at McCormick Kitchens on Broadway. Canceled prior to arrival; a report at 11:09 p.m. at Prince Pizza on Broadway. Investigated, nothing found.  

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on Parkway Drive. Caller reported that a group of juveniles had been shooting fireworks out the window of a house on Parkway Drive toward his home. Services rendered. 

Lost Property

A report of lost property at 10:26 a.m. Tuesday at Sears on Broadway. Caller reported she had left her purse at the food court the other day and would like to file a report. Report taken. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday at Papa Gino’s on Broadway. Caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries. Referred to other agency; a report at 1:24 p.m. at Walgreens on Walnut Street. An accident involving a school bus was reported. Removed to hospital; a report at 10:47 p.m. at the Square One Male on Broadway. Services rendered.  

A report of a break-in and entry into a motor vehicle at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday on Magnolia Street. Caller reported a break-in and entry into a motor vehicle the other night. Their keys and wallet were stolen. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday on Adams Avenue and Vine Street. Arrest of a 17-and-over male.

Suspicious Substance

A report of a suspicious substance at 11:32 a.m. Tuesday at North Shore Physicians on Broadway. An employee reported a suspicious black bag outside the business. Officers Aldred and Wing reported that the bag had clothes inside. Investigated, nothing found. 

Vandalism

A walk-in report of vandalism at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday on Newhall Avenue. A woman went into the station and reported her vehicle had been vandalized in a parking lot. Report taken.
