Luis Osorio Davila,18, of Granite Street, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, disorderly conduct, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a knife, resisting arrest, possession of a large feeding device, possession of a firearm with a defaced number, trespassing, and destruction of property.

A report of vandalism at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street. Investigated.

SAUGUS

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 9:31 a.m. Tuesday at the Waybright School on Talbot Street. No police service necessary; a report at 7:42 p.m. at Carter’s on Broadway. Building appears to be secure; a report at 9:32 p.m. at Petco on Broadway. Building appears to be secure.  

Animal Complaints

A report of an animal complaint at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday on Pearson Street. The animal control officer received a notice regarding a woman being bitten on the left forearm by her own canine. Her dog was licensed with Saugus and had a current rabies vaccination. A 10-day quarantine order will be issued; a report at 11:45 a.m. on Broadway. The animal control officer received a notice of possible rabies exposure from BonVet. Departmental action; a report at 4:38 p.m. on Winter Street. A father and son called reported that their dog was pulled out of a swimming pool and was bleeding. Animal control was on scene. Services rendered.  

Bylaw Violation

A report of a bylaw violation at 8:08 p.m. at Roller World on Broadway. A woman reported that a vehicle had dumped tile and other items inside of the dumpster behind Roller World. Report taken. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday at Floor and Decor on Main Street. Caller requested police and disconnected before providing additional details. There was no answer after three attempts to call back. There was a miscommunication, and the caller just wanted a record of an incident. Services rendered.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday on Taylor Street. Verbal warning; a report at 1:51 p.m. in the area of Hurd Avenue. Verbal warning; a report at 7:10 p.m. on Main Street. Verbal warning; a report at 11:24 p.m. on Saville Street. Verbal warning.   

Property Damage

A report of property damage at 4:34 p.m. Tuesday on Hayden Road. Caller reported her car window was smashed in and stated the ring camera on property does not show a definitive cause. Report taken. 

Road Rage

A report of road rage at 3:16 p.m. at Banana Splitz on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported a road rage incident between two vehicles. Investigated. 

Suspicious Activity

A walk-in report of suspicious activity at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday on Dewey Street. A walk-in reported that her husband received a concerning email. She stated that the email contained threats. Investigated.
