To the editor:
I love the way the MBTA treats Lynn. We have a broken-down garage and a condemned platform in Central Square. It is replaced with a tiny platform with hardly any cover against the elements. Yet, they spend a couple million dollars on a new platform in Foxboro to enrich Intercontinental Football Academy New England and the Patriots. Lynn is always the last to receive much help from the MBTA.
If Salem or Swampscott had to deal with poor platforms, they would be screaming bloody murder. In addition to poor platforms, you have to board the train at North Station in the front two cars to exit in Lynn, or you will be on your way north.
The way it always goes.
