Arrests

Fernando Aguilar, 33, of Chelsea, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor at 12:44 a.m. Monday. 

Noelia Reyes, 23, of New Park, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor at 12:48 a.m. Monday.

Ashley Hiciano, 24, of Canterbury Court, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage at 1:05 a.m. Monday. 

Anibal Lopez-Rodriguez, 31, of Alice Avenue, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and open container of alcohol, at 1:17 a.m. Monday.

Eugene Runkis, 57, of Liberty Street, was arrested for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:38 a.m. Monday.

Jose Ortiz, 27, of Hanover Street, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle, with a suspended license and a subsequent possession of Class B drug offense, at 7:42 p.m. Monday.

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 1:39 p.m. Monday on Cressy Street. Investigated; at 6:32 p.m. on Naugus Avenue. Report taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:10 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of Pleasant Street. Services rendered.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 5:38 p.m. Monday on the corner of Hereford Road and Humphrey Street. Citation issued.

Wires Down
A report of wires down at 6:52 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street at Felton Street. Multiple calls report wires down across a vehicle. Investigated.
