Arrests

Elber Lopez, 24, of Chase Street, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a crosswalk violation, and refusal to identify oneself while operating a motor vehicle at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday.

Leo Marshall, 26, of Trafalgar Drive in Beverly, was arrested on the charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, and on the warrant charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:44 p.m. Monday.

Michael McGrath, of Hill Street in Stoneham, was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny under $1,200, and distribution of a Class B drug at 10:14 p.m. Monday.

Kelly Ramirez, of Park Street, was arrested on the warrant charge of failing to attend juror duties at 3:12 p.m. Monday.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 2:22 p.m. Monday on Bennett Street; at 11:13 p.m. Monday on Hathaway Street.

PEABODY

Arrest

Yunier Pimental, 19, is in custody at 5:45 p.m. Monday for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Summons

Danayzah Marie Esposito, 20, of Lynn will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, having an uninsured motor vehicle, and having an obstructed window. 

Ryan Emery Anderson, 28, will be summonsed for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. 

Wanderson Fernandes da Silva, 24, of Salem will be summonsed for the unlicensed and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle. 

Assault

Juvenile came into the lobby to report a past assault at 11:21 p.m. at Lynn Street. 

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a minor motor vehicle accident involving three cars at 6:09 p.m. Monday at Lynnfield Street.

Stolen Motor Vehicle

Resident stated that her motor vehicle was stolen at 6:43 a.m. Monday at Brookbridge Road. Motor vehicle has since been located in Andover.

Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle

A report of a stolen motor vehicle on the property at 9:02 a.m. Monday at Foster Street.

Owner reported that their vehicle was reported stolen to Lynnfield PD at 7 a.m. Monday. Lynnfield PD is investigating, and the owner now has possession of the vehicle.

Vandalism

Party reported that juveniles were causing damage to a fence at 5:55 p.m. Monday at Lynn St. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Party arrested on the charge of operating under the influence after a report of a well being check at 9:21 p.m. Sunday at Mission On The Bay restaurant.

Drugs

A report of drugs found at 9:06 a.m. Monday on 16 New Ocean St. Party reports brown powdery substance found in plastic bag outside business. Report taken.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 8:11 p.m. Monday on 253 Essex St. Caller reports a male standing in front of his house for the past 15 minutes. There is no bus stop in the area according to the homeowner. Services rendered.
